With games and hands-on projects, children will learn:

* how to relax and center themselves
* how to focus in class & enjoy school
* easy meditation techniques
* tools to help your child be more aware of themselves and others in day-to-day life
* how to get along better with their parents
* how to connect with Nature
* how to access their Intuition
