Love is infinite and we cannot run out of it. Don’t be afraid to love yourself as much as you can. Don’t be afraid to love your friends and family, there is an endless supply. There is enough food, there is enough water because all of these things are energy and energy goes on forever. Energy is created and cannot be destroyed, it only becomes more energy. Don’t be afraid to have what you need, have what you deserve.

You are an eternally beautiful being resting in this body. Driving this car for this moment in time. Existence is beautiful. Go with it. Bring the love in for yourself, bask in it. Breath it in and exhale it out. There is no limit.

If one has no attachment to the outcome then there can only be beauty. Only happiness can arrive, there is no space for disappointment. There is no space of failure or angst. Those things are given no energy and so they cannot be. There is only contentedness with all that arrives because all the arrives is perfect. Anger and frustration only come when something is not as we want it to be. So if we have no requirement for the outcome how can anything ever go wrong? It can’t!
